Нет, нихрена не индийская. Глобалка у меня... код странный. Один говорит, что это глобалка, а через слеш второй код говорит, что это для ближнего востока и стран Африки. причем тот же код на а54 обозначает, что это Малайзия 🤷♂️ Насколько мне известно, samsung заблокировали в России модели с кодом Малайзии еще на обновлении OneUi-6, а у меня уже 7я. Хрен его поймёшь. На малазийке вроде не должно быть думал сим, а DS таки есть... видимо один и тот же код на S'ках и A'шках обозначает разные регионы 🤷♂️
Кстати, я тут подумал, а хорошо, что у меня индийская версия смартфона.
Они сейчас самые свободные в ит отрасли.
UPD:
Их, оказывается, разлочивают в официальных центрах самсунг присваивая им другой код региона - соответствующий региону постоянного нахождения.
Вообще, насколько мне известно, Малазийские версии - единственные которые запрещают использовать на постоянке в других регионах.
UPD2:
На наш рынок часто отправляют версии для Китая, эти не где не будут залочены самсунгом. Отличие китайской версии в том, что она под китайские сотовые сети (в России и в мире работать будет, но сигнал будет ловить хуже), там нет е-сим (e-sim запрещены в китае) и там будут предустановлены китайские приложения которые убрать можно только перепрошивкой и меню частично на китайском (перевод на другие языки - плохой).
Еще есть американские версии, они тоже со своими тараканами связанными со стандартами и адаптацией под конкретный регион. Тоже будут работать везде, но хуже, чем в родном регионе.
Есть Вьетнамские версии - это та же глобалка без ограничений, только есть функция записи звонков (собеседник не предупреждается), полностью совместимы с российскими сетями.
"A quick update concerning PinePhone Pro availability
As some may have heard, the PinePhone Pro has indeed been discontinued. This is due to low sales and therefore no longer being viable for the PineStore to produce. Spare parts may continue to be produced for up to two years depending on how well sales go. If you still want one, at the end of this month refurbished PinePhone Pros will go on sale just like after the PineBook Pro was discontinued. So this will be your last chance to nab one.
On the other hand, the PinePhone (A64) will continue to be sold for around two years. It is currently still selling well.
As for the future of ARM products from the PineStore. It is not likely as the PineStore has moved focus onto RISC-V and LLMs/AI. This change can be seen looking at the recent product launches (Oz64, Star(/Pro)64 and Alpha One).
And just a quick reminder that as the community we do not have knowledge about any future products. At this current point in time there is no currently known plans for a new PinePhone.

If you're out to try Linux, please don't dual-boot if you at all can help it, especially not from a single drive.
Either go ahead and rip off that band-aid and go all the way, or at least install Linux on a dedicated disk.
Windows behaves monopolistically, it does not respect normal OS bootloaders. For Windows, other operating systems just don't exist, and it will overwrite your boot sequence once Microsoft's own proprietary bootloader patch comes through in updates. Dual-booting Windows on a single drive with anything other than another Windows is just asking for trouble.
Don't worry: you can still use your BIOS boot menu when you wish to switch between systems.

going all the way heavily limits gaming rigs and loads of people arent gonna have a second drive. or, arent gonna want to install an OS on an HDD over their m.2 or whatever other ssd type thing
im lucky in that i can dual boot and, my enbyfriend is capable of fixing it when windows fucks it up. which it has. multiple times. sigh.
