Вообще странно, а как же там круг лиц и т.п. там же доступны адреса и круг лиц для провайдера почты. Что не оцепить сразу круг и в одну кутузку. Ведь если суд уже есть и часть доказательств. То можно и отправлять запросы, на сами почты. Что где и когда переписывался Х.
Или тут не работает защита тайны личной жизни и переписки.
Одно дело пиздюлей получить за коммент, который публичен, другое дело за переписку. Которую провайдер должен, как бы защищать.
Мне кажется или всегда чешутся, когда что-то уже случилось???
Странное чувство, когда едешь среди абсолютной лесной глуши, по самой что ни на есть глухомани Витебщины, и вдруг издалека появляется и постепенно нарастает какой-то непонятный глухой звук. Низкий, раскатистый, словно вдали грохочет камнепад. Через километр к нему добавляются высокие визгливые нотки, а ещё через полкилометра он становится настоящим грохотом, заглушая все остальные звуки. И вот на перекрёстке лесных дорожек, на примыкающей дороге, ты видишь в облаке пыли силуэт самой крутой бензокосы из виденных — которая косит лес. В буквальном смысле. Просто едет по краю заросшей лесной дорожки, и лес за ней исчезает, превращаясь крупно смолотую щепу и переломанные ветки.
Зачем расширяли эту дорожку, не поняли ни я, не "оператор бензокосы". Вела она к давно развалившемуся мосту через Березину, тут ещё неширокую и неглубокую, к тракторному броду...

the Fediverse may be missing a clear, cohesive narrative.
I think this is because it's not a clear, cohesive place. Developers keep trying to make it look like centralized social media, but I don't think that's going to work in the end; it certainly isn't working now. Trying to dress it up as something that it's not, just because that thing is currently popular with the masses, does nothing but set us up for failure.
Mastodon is a second rate Twitter, Lemmy is a second rate Reddit, etc. The existing model of trying to make all of this look like one, single, central location is uncanny, and people notice that.
Lemmy's got some good theming options, and the templates are there to do custom theming work. There's the potential for some real website branding there, in that. But if you look at Mastodon, the biggest player in the game right now, the developers go out of their way to homogenize the Mastodon experience. Every Masto website looks fundamentally identical to all of the others. It's doing everything it can to make it look like "Mastodon" is a place on the Internet, in the same way that "WordPress" is not.
And that's a problem. ActivityPub doesn't really support that fiction.
Some ideas have been floated around in the microblog space, and tested in some places. Having 'Local' be the default timeline has worked out pretty well on Catodon. Strong community theming has kept tenforward.social on topic, with most people there discussing Star Trek. The art-based Masto instances work well, and seem to be fairly sticky. But generic, general "Mastodon" is failing to inspire folks, and lacks the pop culture discussion that the general public wants. Journalists have bounced, due to audience engagement tapering off. Communities of colour keep getting chased off of the big instances.
Attempts to occupy the "general" space and branch out into niche interests aren't working. The focus really needs to be shifted back in the other direction.

So true. It's impressive and laugh-inducing to me how complainers seem to demand from the Fediverse something that you can't even get from GRR Martin. And to be intellectually honest, you are not getting it from Facebook Twitter etc because the "narrative" there is a fabrication a fiction. There's no real thing that has to be coherent there other than branding and fascism.

I don't really get all the pessimism. Even if folks are right in saying there'll be a bait and switch, this is people moving to a new platform en masse. If Bluesky goes to shit there's more reason to believe users would just move again.
In the meantime, as members of the fediverse, we should be using Bluesky being "decentralized" as a way to ease people into actually decentralized platforms.
I can tell you right now nobody's on Bluesky because it's "decentralized" because the evidence is clear, it's not in practice decentralized lol.
This is all a bloody waste of time. I really wish I could just fast-forward two years into the enshittification when everyone realizes they got duped by Big VC. Again.

Therefore I assume that it requires an admin approval to bundle these “Topics” together, and it definitely doesn’t strike me as something that an individual user could put together.
That's why I'm saying it's not personal multi communities, which is something people are definitely looking forward (most upvoted Lemmy GitHub issue)
I remember discussing personal multicommunities with @rimu@piefed.social a while ago, at the time it was not a priority for Piefed, maybe they'll revisit in the future.

Вспомнил на досуге, что летом неплохо так искупался в луже на районе (вода была по пороги) и надо бы заменить масло.
Оказалось - не зря. В переднем мосту была эмульсия.
В заднем все гораздо лучше - просто черное масло.
Из РК слилась достаточно чистая жижа, а вот в КПП пока лезть не стал: обнаружил отсутствие у себя головки и ключа на 23, так что отвернуть заливную пробку не смог.
А еще очень захотелось мне переноску, налобник это удобно, но переноска точно даст больше света. Так что завтра ждет меня набег на магазин автозапчастей и инструмента.

Среда. 
Смолола кофе в новой кофемолке, заварила в Пузантусе (сферическом псевдо-кемексе от Bodum). Кофейного осадка получилось гораздо меньше, чем раньше, несмотря на отсутствие бумажного фильтра (у него металлический).
Круть.

В оригинальный кемекс вставляется бумажный фильтр, а в бодумовский - воронка из металлической сетки.
Шуро нравится это.
кемекс имеет смысл заваривать на компанию, потому что классический - большой, а те, что поменьше делают уже других пропорций, и выглядят они не так привлекательно. )
Да и родные фильтры дорогие, и искать надо, для воронки дешевле и проще.

Причиной поверхностного подхода к просмотру новостей ученые назвали информационную перегрузку. Люди, столкнувшиеся с большим объемом новостей, не уделяют времени их осмыслению, что дает дезинформации больше шансов стать вирусной и манипулировать людьми.
